This month, Chef Rico is turning up the heat with a menu inspired by the king of bold flavors and open-flame cooking, Bobby Flay. Known for his signature Southwestern flair, smoky layers, and vibrant ingredients, Flay’s influence shines through in every dish on this fire-kissed lineup. Get ready for a night where sweet meets spicy, and every bite delivers bold personality and unforgettable flavor. Chef Rico will also be doing a live demonstration of one of the featured dishes.
